Cookie Decorating…..
This is one topic that I have read much about but have not yet tried!!
But these blogs inspire me and give me confidence that with practice and research into their tutorials i could actually create some lovelies like they do!
It would be so fun to be able to create cute cookies for favors or
details to a dessert table at a party
or even packaged up pretty for gift giving!
Have a look at some of my favorite cookie decorating tutorial blogs and stop on over to see more of their amazing creativity that they are so sweetly sharing with all of us. :)
This girl is so talented! and the entire way Sweet Sugar Belle showcases the tutorials are absolutely perfect. i thought these lego man cookies were too cute to pass up.
Perfect to go with a matching party theme!
she shared how she used cookie cutters that she already owned
to create these perfect little leprechaun men! how cute.
makes me want to pull out the cookie cutters i already have to see
what i could create with them!
A lovely blog! you MUST check out her decorated cookie collection.
You will feel inspired..and a bit hungry. hehe.
I love these lemonade cookies that she was asked to create for Amy Atlas and
was featured as a guest blogger on Sweet Designs
i thought these were super cute as well. An adorable mix of birthday cookies!
And last but not least one of the first ones i came across and fell in love with.. Bake at 350
And here is what has become her ‘signature cookie.’
Isn’t is lovely!? Posie Cakes
Visit her blog for lots of inspiration and pretty tutorials.
she is a baking genius and has a fabulous eye for creating perfectly perfect treats!
I really get so inspired seeing how she uses basic tools you already have to create these little touches! Cute as a Button is such a cute baby shower theme and these
would be adorable as favors! and delicious. :) her full tutorial is here
Happy Baking everyone!

March 5, 2011 at 2:34 amI love the look of decorated cookies, but have never tried making them. Part of me wants to try it so badly, but then I worry that I will fail miserably and it won’t be worth the effort (even if these tutorials make it seem like a piece of cake).
