When the Best of GoNoodle CD came in the mail my kids freaked because they use GoNoodle in their school, and now they can listen to their favorite music tracks at home! I thought I had discovered something so cool but THEY were telling me all about how fun it is! I learned Teachers use it for everything from calming kids, to building confidence levels, to getting the wiggles out. Now that we are in a season of virtual learning part of the time, this is going to be a great tool for me to use with the kids at home!

GoNoodle makes screen time active time! It has a bunch of different activities for kids and families to do together. Micah and Sienna showed me their favorite videos and now the little boys are SO into them too. They were getting all the wiggles out and laughing to the fun music!
The songs on the CD are so fun! They created it from the most popular music videos from GoNoodle. My little boys love the Cookie Boogie song and now they can listen to it when we are in the car! GoNoodle is one of those mom tools you need to know about. I love how it makes my kids feel happy. We’ve had a lot of challenges this year and I’m a fan of introducing happy moments as much as I can. Just like adults, kids have moments of feeling grouchy, worn out or disappointed and it’s crazy how this music can transform their mood on a dime! Music has always been a way that I help my kids (and myself) change their mindset…. and GoNoodle is just so silly and fun- it’s perfect family fun!
