Life has been pretty busy crazy awesome lately.
yes. all of those adjectives are needed.
Busy with moving into our new place here in charlotte
and immediately having fun company for easter!
Some friends from atlanta came in and stayed with us, (amidst boxes)
and my brothers and their families also came in from atlanta!
It was such a great weekend with family and
friends and Jesus being awesome.
Micah figured it was easier to get the eggs already found.
sorry peter.
We’ve been busy with running our quickly growing HAPPY MOMMY BOX!
The wait list is outta control awesome people and we seriously are freaking out
about the amazing response and excited about adding more boxes!!!
Sign up for the wait list, and you’ll get the e-mail when boxes are available!
It’s first come first serve so you have to act fast if you want to grab one up.

Mandy and I have both celebrated motherhood on our blogs all these years…
and HAPPY MOMMY BOX has been a way for us to take that directly to the door steps
and connect with more moms. It’s a labor of love I tell you, but so worth it!
Excited for the things in store for our company!

I’ve been busy with rebranding my blog…
with lots of 2:30 am work nights since the day is already filled up!
Christine captured some great photos and video for me and I CAN’T WAIT to share :)
Modern bright simple blog space with function and style.
Can you guess what song was blaring during our fun shoot in our new place? haha…
Our house looks like a crazy person lives here.
Hoping this week to tackle more boxes and to shower more than every other day.
The past few days have been filled with stress of the unknown and the growing to do list…
but they’ve also been filled with so much cuteness, joy
and peeing pants from laughter. (sienna not me.)

It’s been awesome being all together as a family.
Sophia, earlier this week, made a comment to my husband…
“when mommy was in the hospital it ripped our family a part…
but now we are all together!!”
The saddest sweetest words. We are so thankful for our health and being together.
We are thankful for the warmth of the south and the roof over our heads.
We are thankful for family and friends.
SO thankful for the giggles of the girls running around and then crashing onto ben and I.
For sienna’s sweet night prayers last night…
“I want to pray for…all da things. the good and bad things.”
Andd…thankful for the amazing power of pirate’s booty.. ?!?
I don’t get it but it has magic sleeping powers within minutes. haha.

*I promise this kid eats other food and sleeps in a bed*
We are thankful for “all da things” right now. :)

My husband is running a relay in the Pittsburgh Marathon and is raising money
for his big brother’s non profit. You can find out more here.
It’s pretty powerful what they are doing in the lives of these kids. I’ve seen it first hand.
God is working through this ministry! The video is AMAZING. watch it watch it!
So proud of my brother in law and everyone involved with Dirty Vagabond

April 25, 2014 at 11:15 pmOkay, I’ve been reading your blog since you announced you were pregnant (with Micah), and as a mom in a similar season of life with two little boys at home, and also struggling with personal tramatic loss and grief, it has been a joy to read your blog, follow your adorable little family’s adventures, and see God working in you. Forgive me for this is only my first comment after all these years, but I wanted to thank you, and let you know that your stories, your voice, your work is important. Hope you can find some rest after all your busyness lately.

April 26, 2014 at 4:29 amSo happy you’re feeling better now. Kids say the most amazing things. Love the photos. I know all about crazy busy wonderful days, but life’s an adventure, so long as Gods at the helm of it, it’s all good.
