Mama Update:
yesterday we took a family trip to the outlets to do some shopping and
walking around outside and it was sooooo nice.
I am loving that we are close to spring!!
sophie loved running around…
sienna loved being in the stroller and baby bjorn.
it felt awesome out.
and i was able to grab up some cute 3t/4t pieces for sophia! everyone left happy.
sort of.
sienna was ready for bed (we went late afternoon) so halfway home she decided to cry..
and not to be outdone sophia belted out a single note as long as possible.
I almost forgot what silence sounded like.
sienna was asleep before we pulled in the driveway though…
and sophia went to bed after some mama snuggles
and a few trips up to her room saying”turn the light off and go to bed..”
as soon as i walk in she jumps in her bed and pretends like she is sleeping.
i try not to laugh though because i’m pretty sure that won’t help. haha.

August 20, 2012 at 10:39 pmThanks so much for posting the duck inspirations boards. I threw a duck themed birthday party for my daughter and was really struggling with the cake / cupcake. I saw the ones on your inspiration board and knew it was the prefect cupcake.
The images of the party can be seen here: http://notyournormalsteam.wordpress.com/2012/08/20/duck-a-palooza-part-2-food/
