i’m homeee!! finally back in pittsburgh after a wonderfully exhausting trip to atlanta. one of my best friends from high school got married..and i got to visit with old friends and my whole family! (i grew up in atlanta!) so it was a great weekend..but ended with sophia having a fever and throwing up. fabulous. but my little sicky feels better now and after an insane adventure at the airport we are home. i’ll post more of my favorite photos tomorrow.. sooooo many great shots of the fun! but for now here’s some of my favorites. i’ll be editing and posting more later.

sophia was loving it on the dance floor. the “big girls”kept doing whatever she did.. she was in awe/giggling.
my sister and i. we didn’t plan to match! she was off doing the brides hair and when we met up at the wedding us pregnant sisters were matching!! hehe. she’s two months behind me. babies babies!!
one of my best friends from high school….she is due with her 2nd in two weeks. (so we are about two months apart!)
oh and the exciting news is……………….WE GOT THE HOUSE!
the 104 yr old fixer upper that we fell in love with and are moving into on the 30th! ah! i have 4 weeks to pack up and move. craziness. but i’m so excited….and immediately went to planning out paint colors and kitchen cabinets…haha. can’t wait to share all of the fun budget friendly renovations with you! here’s the post with the details of the house.
with all of this excitement of getting the house i can’t wait have all of our friends and family over and feed them..celebrate..and break in the house with a house warming party!! :) here’s an amazing house warming party thrown by a talented mama over at drywall and diapers! i LOVE it.
they had guests share their description of what home is. how sweet.
she made up little maps of the house for the guests to tour!! how cute!
