My kids have been asking to make slime and I kept putting it off thinking it would be one hot mess…
BUT you guys! It was way easier than I thought!!!
So here is the recipe we used that the kids LOVED and so did I… because it was EASY.
The kids REALLY wanted to film this video and share it with you guys.
I mean…. SO EXCITED about the video. haha.

The next video they wanted to share with you guys is all about their baby dolls and how they make their own baby food. ;)
The kids are baby alive obsessed over here! Which is good…
because they are getting a real baby alive in November. haha.
We hope you enjoy!
All you need are three ingredients!
We already had the baking soda and the contact lens solution.
I ran into Michael’s and got three glitter glues.
(6 ounce container for each kid) I wanted everyone to be able to do it themselves and it reduce the crazy.
I know you can get big tubs of glue for cheaper…
but I liked the idea of no fighting over glue and no extra measuring cups getting dirty.
Elmer’s Glitter Slime
1/2 TBSP of Baking Soda
1½ TBSP of Contact lens solution
6 fl oz Elmer’s Glitter Glue
1. Find a bowl, cup, or plate to mix your slime in
2. Pour out the entire contents of a 6 oz of Elmer’s Glitter Glue into the bowl.
3. Add ½ TBSP of baking soda and mix
4. Add 1 TBSP of contact lens solution
5. Mix until slime forms and it begins to get harder to mix 6.
Take the slime out and begin kneading with both of your hands
7. If needed, add ¼ TBSP contact lens solution to make the slime less sticky.
The kids had a blast doing this activity and it was on the summer bucket list!
