Before Halloween comes I wanted to share how we decorated our home for the season! Used a lot of last year’s decorations to bring a little festive fun to our house. With this crazy year I was more than ready for a little Holiday fun!
We’ve got our big spider web up as soon as you walk in!
We got this at Target last year to replace the original one we had. I’ve seen people use these outside but the kids enjoy seeing it in the house!
I have a shelf in our foyer that I like to decorate for the Holidays! (It’s also how I hide our thermostat!)
I found these cute seasonal cards at Target and framed them. We like cutesier spooky around here!
(The shelves themselves are from Hobby Lobby!)
In the dining room I pulled out the hanging bats we’ve had for years! I love them because they are three bats on one string..so it doesn’t take much effort to get a fun set up!
I also put out our fabric pumpkins from last year (target and Michaels) We’ll keep those up for Thanksgiving decor too. The white baskets are from Target bargain bins last year.
Year’s back we did a fun family ghost craft- using the kids’ handprint- and it’s my favorite Halloween decoration we put out!
In the kitchen we did our normal holiday basket and I added a few other fun touches!
The Disco balls are from Hobby Lobby and are in the Christmas decor section. LOVE how they leave sparkles on the wall when the sun shines!
I like to fill up the Holiday basket with different paper products to use all month long..and supplies for fun treats. I have some black spider web placemats in there from Michaels for Halloween Dinner! We need to make up some sugar cookies still- love our ghost and ninja cookie cutters for that. :)
I also decorated a little above the side table in our kitchen. The bats are dropping like flies and I legit am not gonna stick them back up so it is what it is haha.
That big ol pumpkins is holding the boys’ costumes…they tend to lose parts of their costume before the actual big day to wear it. I like seeing them wear the costumes but when I find part of it on the floor I toss it in the pumpkin. ;)
Our Fireplace got spooky with our garlands and some other past decor!
You can see my halloween tassel garland tutorial here.
I also switched out the florals in the kids’ playroom kitchen space!
I used these last year – I like to have a stash in the craft room of different florals to go with the season. :)
You can check out last year’s Spooky Play kitchen set up here!
And lastly we added a little Fall decor to our front door!
I went the ” no dead mums” route this year. :) Thanks for stopping by!
