Atlanta Trip + Car Lipsync Videos

One of my friends from high school got married in Atlanta this weekend!
My sister and parents watched our kids for the night and sunday.
We had a long 4 hour straight and boring drive to atlanta and back… so we cranked up our road trip mixtape to help the time go by. I think I almost peed at one point from laughing.
ben kept making fun of the way I said “realist” in iggy’s rap fancy.
As usual, ben wooed me with his fabulous song choices.

It was so nice to have that time just for us.
We laughed and rested and came home feeling refreshed!

The wedding was beautiful. It was fun seeing old friends and ben and I danced the night away! I was so happy with the dress that I found at Express! I already had a little black dress that was my evening wedding go to.. but I thought I would check their clearance rack and see what I could find. Originally 128. I got it for $26. YUP. I was so excited!

My brother and his wife were at the wedding too. David and I shared a lot of the same friends in high school since he’s just 2 years older. I used to Irish Dance with Jackie(the bride) and her sisters and we were in the same home school group growing up.
I was really lucky with my great group of friends… We had so much fun and it was really
just a great group of schooled and homeschooled kids.

We were able to meet up with friends sunday morning for church and then italian food before hitting the road back to our kiddos.

I missed our littles and was happy to get home to them.
