The other day our doctor said we could start Asher on solids if we wanted too.
Asher is surprisingly, not my best nurser, (he looses interest pretty quickly unless it’s right before bed.)
So, the other night we thought we would try some baby cereal at dinner time to fill him up.
Let’s just say, he’s a fan of the baby cereal. He’s 5 months old and thus far was only nursing.
We love his little baby bird reaction! haha.
It was tricky trying to get him to calm down and
eat it at first, (he would move his arms and head around so
much It made me nervous with the spoon!!)
but now he has the hang of it!
Still nursing like a champ but loving his baby cereal too.
He slept pretty well, but still not on a set routine. He definitely is sleeping for longer chunks though.

March 21, 2016 at 2:51 pmOmg that is the cutest thing! My son is a month younger than him, how are you combining the breastfeeding with the cereal? Or are you only giving him cereal at night.
