LETS GET COOKIN’- When Ben is cooking dinner, one of his
go-to recipes is Fajitas! and i love em. great way to throw a ton of veggies on your plate!
Every time he makes it, it’s a little bit different and even yummier!!
i asked him how he makes it and this is what he said….
“TOP SECRET FAJITA RECIPE“…..
green/orange peppers(or your choice).
2 cans of diced tomatoes
2 tsp minced garlic
steak or chicken already cooked and sliced up
salt & pack of sweetn’lo (ooo there it is.)
Tortillas
Tortillas
we chop up a ton of lettuce to throw on em and pull out the low-fat sour cream.
we didn’t have any this night so ben ran to the dollar store right by us to grab some and bought their brand….and how awesome is the “unreal!!!!!” on the side of the container???
a simple easy always delicious recipe.

February 2, 2011 at 5:25 pmI’m sure you already know this, but just in case you didn’t or someone else didn’t…..the ER nurse in me is wanting everyone to know that Sophia is not strapped in well in her carseat…careful with those daddies! shoulder straps on top of shoulders…careful with jackets!
Megan
February 2, 2011 at 8:26 pmI love how Sophia is standing while “talking” on the phone. My oldest Kayla walks around in a circle, twirling her hair while she’s on the phone. Kids are so dag on cute! And I love the “daddy Moments.”

February 5, 2011 at 2:28 pmLove your blog!! Ditto what Julie said: Your little one is NOT strapped into her car seat correctly. If you were to get into a roll over accident she would fly right out. Make sure the straps are on her shoulders and the chest clip is on her chest level. It’s so, so, so important.
