It’s officially August and that means birthday season in our house!!
We have two birthdays in August, one in October and one in November. (with baby due in November too!)
We love to celebrate with getting creative and making memories together.
Party planning is such a fun creative outlet for me and now that the kids are older we do so much of it together.
With party fun on our minds, I thought it would be fun to share last year’s
themes before we announce this year’s party themes!
Here’s one of them….
yep. Deep in Unicorn love over here. Not mad about it. haha.
The girls shared a birthday party last year and we did a Shopkins Theme!
They don’t really like cake…so the Rice Krispie treats were a hit with them.
You don’t have to do something just because it’s the typical birthday party detail…
think about what your kids like and enjoy! It’s always more fun when you
personalize parties to things they love…makes it special!
Asher was next with his Woodland Themed First Birthday Party!
Since he was a baby I always loved the fox
Micah’s party was a Construction Theme and it was SO CUTE seeing how excited he was about his table.
It was one of those crazy months where we were traveling and ended up doing it at my parents’ house.
Planning a couple details ahead of time really helped pull it all together within that same morning!
I am a fan for getting creative and making a fun party, but you gotta be
realistic with your time and budget and you don’t have to lose your mind planning…
that kind of defeats the point of it being fun!
So now to share this year’s party themes for the kids!!!!
Sophia is having an Emoji Theme.
Sienna is having a Unicorn Theme.
Asher is having a Ball Theme.
Micah is having a Hulk Smash Theme.
We have started planning the fun and the first one (Sienna’s) is in a few weeks
so be sure to follow on Instagram to see updates on the party details…
and our YouTube Channel to see videos of the planning.
She is OBSESSED with Unicorns and I’m loving all of the fun party ideas I’m finding!
Sophia LOVES Emojis and we have been giggling over
all the cute and silly details we have planned!
