Easter was this weekend but I’m not ready to pack up the bunnies just yet! ;) Here’s a little walkthrough of our home for Easter. We mostly do a few touches in the family room, kitchen and then the kiddos help decorate the playroom with their crafts!
This year I didn’t get anything new for Easter decor – but everything I ever guy is either from Target, Home Goods or Hobby Lobby haha.
It was actually really relaxing this year just opening our Easter bin (I got my act together last year and put everything in one nice bin.) I have our Happy Easter garland and a handful of bunnies that go on our shelves.
I shared this space over on Instagram – check it out!
WATCH: Our Family Room for Easter
When I was growing up, my mom always put out a little line up of our family…as bunnies. SO of course I had to do that tradition with my own kids. I started it last year when I found these cute little guys at Hobby Lobby in packs.
Also- the basket is from this year OK OK So I lied I did get one thing new this year haha.
BUT isn’t it adorable… It’s from Home Goods and I snagged it as soon as they put out the Easter decor back after New year’s eve. ;) jk but almost. Chase calls it “my bunny basket.” He will grab them from there and take them to the playroom – he will then be a busy guy feeding them play food.
The Empty tomb was a gift from my parents one year and it’s ALWAYS the most asked about decor item when I share our set up over on Instagram.
She got it (for a good deal so look for sales!) over on Fontaninistore.com. The only I linked is a similar one…it has a light inside! (ours doesn’t have the light.)
Isn’t it funny how you look for decor pieces that remind you of your own childhood?? I do at least! and this egg tree is similar to one we had when I was a kid. I got this at Target YEARS ago…but I do want to be on the hunt to find another one because this one breaks so easily. Hence it being up and away from tiny fingers. Those branches are not sturdy but SO CUTE.
Also, cute artwork by Hunter had to be included in the Easter home tour. ;)
The playroom is always a cheerful little room in our house! We had lights in here for Christmas and decided to just keep them up all year long. The kids did a bunch of art work with me over break and we had fun decorating our boards. The bulletin boards themselves are from Hobby Lobby. (You can snag those when they are on sale too for a good deal!)
I shared a reel over on Instagram of Chase playing in here- it’s a cute one!
