One of my favorite parts about throwing my kids’ parties— is the Dessert Table!
I enjoy getting creative with the treats and today I’m sharing some of
my favorite easy treats I’ve made over the years!
There’s a few ingredients that I love to work with:
Rice Krispies, candies, marshmallows, Oreos, store-bought cakes and cupcakes!
Most of my clever treats are budget friendly and not time consuming.
(They LOOK harder than they really are!)
These treats could be great for a party theme, holiday or just to have fun with your people.

One of my favorite ingredients to use when creating a themed or fun party treat is rice krispies!
Either made from scratch or MOSTLY store-bought!
Because it’s just one less step and dirty dish…AND I usually have unwrapping
them be a “job” for a kid and they are all so into it.
Here’s some favorite treats we’ve made!
I love creating these fun and yummy dessert tables but
1. I have like a million kids and
2. My cakes/cupcakes don’t always turn out as pretty if we are being honest. lol.

sometimes I buy store-bought cupcakes or cakes and
then bring them to life with some details!
You Dom’t have to be Martha Stewart to whip up some creative and clever looking treats!
Sometimes I just stand in the treat aisles at the store and
think how something could work with my theme…
or if I just jazzed up a basic item how could I transform it?
I like to use treats and ingredients that our family likes (taste wise) to come up with the treats.
My kids aren’t huge fans of cupcakes….(unless they are grandma’s!)
I usually get some (because they are a good party basic) but then
we have fun with other recipes like sugar cookies, marshmallows or Oreo truffles!
I will ALWAYS try to work in a treat that consists of Oreos lol.
