Life can easily get so filled up with busy and to do’s. Even more during the Christmas season!
But this year, I’m choosing to enjoy all the little things.
I want to see the joy my children experience during
this season and soak up every moment of it! Having children during the
Holidays is magical and this is one of my most favorite times of the year.
You can be a kid again and create these special memories together!
This year we adopted an Elf. She’s our first Elf. and we are kind of obsessed with her.
We named her Rosie and we’ve learned a few things about her since she’s joined us this season!
She a leader and is always starting the fun!
She’s kind of a daredevil.
Sometimes she feels super laid back and just hangs out…
other times she’s a little silly and goes all out with her elf fun.
Have you guys seen this handy kit that your Elves can use??
It’s Scout Elves at Play and it’s a fun-filled kit that includes a book with more
than 100 tips and tricks and 15 elf-sized tools that scout elves can
use to easily create new scenes in their families’ homes.
Throughout the book, a group of elves known as Santa’s Scout Elf Training Team offers advice to
teach other scout elves how to fly, jump, hide and play in clever ways
while visiting their families during the holidays. It’s adorable!
Here’s a fun video I found that shares more about Santa’s Scout Elf Training Team!
Scout elves are experts at finding unique and silly hiding spots, and families love
to show off these amusing antics on social media.
I used to always watch others post things but now it’s been
fun sharing our own funny elf shenanigans!
Micah is pretty much my little elf on the shelf in real life.
He’s equally as joyful, risky and fun leader as our Rosie! ;)
Loved teaming up with Elf on the Shelf to share our own elf fun with you all!
Tag me if you post any on Instagram.
We always love seeing what everyone else’s elves are up too!
Also, I’m thinking about filming a little Holiday Home Tour!
I always love checking those out on youtube, let me know if you would think that’s fun. :)

We tried our Elf last year (the little one was 3) and she was terrified! lol. I’m not sure why she thought it was scary other than she said “It watches me mommy!”. Bless Her Heart. I am going to pin this for next year when our Elf makes it’s appearance again!
