This is a family favorite for years and years- we ALWAYS have it on Holidays or when hosting! (This would be perfect for Easter Morning or on the breakfast menu for Spring Break!) You prep it the night before, and put in the fridge overnight. Then in the am we pull it out of the fridge and let it sit for 30 minutes- then pop it in the oven and the house smells amazing as it cooks! Couldn’t have an easier breakfast for a busy morning AND it can easily feed a crowd! When we have company we double it and it always gets devoured. ✨Save this post to remember to make!✨

Blueberry buckle was a staple every Easter morning. Holiday, or a regular weekend, it’s sure to be a favorite in your family too! The key is to use fresh blueberries. If you use frozen, it adds too much moisture in the buckle and they can squish and make the color a grey purple- still yummy just not pretty.
